Fergus County Event Center

The Fergus County Event Center is located at the Fergus County Fairgrounds. Many events and activities go on here year-round. 

Event Center services include trade show, wedding and event rental facilities, outdoor and indoor arenas for horse and livestock use, a covered grandstand with full rodeo arena, stall facilities for horses and livestock, camping spots with hookups, outdoor picnic and gazebo areas, , a historic agriculture building and MUCH more.

The main office for the Event Center is located in the Trade Center Building  For bookings and reservations of all facilities, simply call the office or stop by for rental availability.

TRADE CENTER
The Trade Center is the largest building available for indoor events.  It's a multi-use facility that can be used for weddings, conventions, auctions, parties, reunions, memorial services, craft shows, forums and many other activities.  Maximum capcity for events held at the Trade Center is 750 people.  A full commercial kitchen and bathroom facilities are included with rental fees.  

LIVESTOCK PAVILION & SALE BARN
The Pavilion, a 298’ x 125’ dirt floor facility on the north end of the fairgrounds, provides an arena for horseback riding, livestock shows, or the floor can be packed for other events. The Pavilion rental includes the arena and sale barn sides of the pavilion, the sound booth, sound system, concrete bathrooms NE of Pavilion (weather permitting), panels, all demand and usage electrical charges, one arena working per day, and event listed on Highway 191 marquee. 

GRANDSTAND ARENA
The grandstand arena is home to many events throughout the year.  Horse shows, rodeos and barrel races are just some of the livestock events held in the grandstands.  Music events, circuses and motor sports are also held in the arena.  Seating capacity for the facility is 3,000, with a 500-person standing-room-only area available as overflow for music events.

AG BUILDING
This historic building, has a 150-person capacity and is available for smaller events such as craft shows, weddings, family reunions and meetings .  Kitchen and bathroom facilities are included with the facility. 

CAMPING FACILITIES
The fairgrounds offers several camping areas for those using the fairgrounds for other events.  RV spots with electric hookups are available.  You may also tent camp on the facility grounds in conjunction with an event.  A sewer dump spot and shower facilities are available for your use.  Reservations are required.

PICNIC AREAS
The fairgrounds offers plenty of spots for you, your family and friends to picnic.  Bring a blanket to sit on, or call the office about use of the Gazebo and picnic area.  It is nestled in a grove of trees and makes for a beautiful day for a picnic and gathering.  Reservations are required.
